Many People define themselves by what they do for a living. Troy Martin defines himself by how he can contribute to others through his expertise, experience and skills. Troy loves the complexity of today's tax code and he is passionate about helping his clients minimize all their tax burdens. Troy has over 24 years of tax and business experience and specializes in proactive service by concentrating on each client's unique income tax and estate tax situation.
Troy enjoys learning about each client and their business to help them concentrate on critical issues that will help them develop excellence in every aspect of their business. Troy acts as a facilitator to help small business owners and executives increase their personal and business performance. He enjoys helping clients with strategic planning, maximizing business value, cash-flow forecasting and budgeting, and teaching clients how to utilize financial information to increase business performance.
Troy has a vast amount of experience in the following business sectors: Medical, dental, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, construction, farming and ranching. Troy has been married for 27 years to his wife Shauna. They have six active children and they love to participate in many extracurricular activities including: boating, flying, mountain biking, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and adventure motorcycling (pretty much whatever will get them outside).

Linda Gillmor, Director: Office of Rural Development and Associate Managing Director or Urban & Rural Business Services for GOED
Topic:"Creating Rural Jobs Through Government, Education, & Business Collaboration"
Linda Clark Gillmor has been actively involved in rural business development for over 40 years in both the private and public sector. Linda and her husband Jamie were co-owners of a third generation livestock business and co-founders of Morgan Valley Lamb LLC, a company dedicated to marketing local agricultural products.
Linda entered the public sector in 2007 as the Economic Development Director for Millard County, and now serves as Director of the Office of Rural Development (ORD) and as the Associate Managing Director of Urban & Rural Business Services at the Governor?s Office of Economic Development (GOED).
Linda has a BA degree in business from Utah State University as well as an MS degree in human resources from the same institution. She has served in leadership positions on state, county and regional boards, and industry associations such as the Utah Alliance for Economic Development, the Governor's Rural Partnership Board, and as a member of the Board of Trustees for Utah State University.
Linda is a strong advocate for all rural counties, and is working to increase collaboration between urban and rural business communities, state and federal agencies and industry associations.

Gary Wilkinson, JD - Associate for Snell & Wilmer Topic: "Failure as a Foundation of Success"
Gary Wilkinson is married to his wife Jessica, and they have four wonderful children.
Gary played basketball at Utah State University where he was a part of one of the 'winningest' teams in Utah State history, with a 30-6 record. During his senior season, Gary was Player of the Year in the Western Athletic Conference (?WAC?), First Team All-WAC, WAC Tournament MVP, and an All-American. Gary also was recognized as the top Male Student-Athlete and Sociology Student of the Year graduating with a 3.9 GPA.
Following his time at Utah State, Gary played professional basketball in New Zealand, South Korea, Greece, Estonia, and Puerto Rico. During his time playing professional basketball, Gary won 3 professional championships, was Player of the Year for the Estonian League, and two-time all-league player in Australia.
Gary recently graduated with his Law Degree from the University of Utah. He is now an attorney at the Regional law firm Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. Next October he will begin a Federal Clerkship with United States Federal Judge Robert Shelby. Gary?s Practice now focuses on Corporate issues including litigation, arbitration, and corporate governance.
