I’m a Referral Liaison with HealthCues, where I work with mid-sized organizations to reduce payroll taxes through a compliant preventative healthcare platform that complements existing benefits.

My role is to introduce HR and finance leaders to this platform and facilitate an initial conversation with our senior advisor. Employers typically see immediate FICA payroll tax savings averaging $600–$850 per enrolled employee per year, beginning with the first payroll cycle. At the same time, employees often experience a 3%–4% increase in net take-home pay, with no additional employer contribution.
