Event Description
______________________________________________________________________
The 2026 Women in Business Inspired Series is a yearlong luncheon experience, powered by the Cache Valley Chamber, designed to spark inspiration and momentum for women professionals. Through engaging presentations from Utah?s leading women, meaningful peer connections, and curated networking over catered lunches, participants gain fresh perspective, renewed confidence, and motivation to think bigger about what is possible in their careers, leadership, and lives.
Join us for an inspiring online luncheon featuring Dayia Shurtleff from iFIT — a data enthusiast passionate about helping businesses grow through strategy, clarity, and meaningful connection.
You have big goals — but success rarely happens alone. In this engaging session, Dayia will share a simple yet powerful framework to help you get clear on what you truly want to achieve, identify the metrics that matter most, and intentionally surround yourself with people who will challenge, support, and champion your growth.
You’ll walk away with:
-
A practical process for identifying your five most important annual goals
-
Meaningful KPIs that make progress visible and measurable
-
A framework for building your own “personal board of directors” — trusted people who help keep you accountable, encouraged, and moving forward
Whether you're building a business, leading a team, or pursuing your next level of growth, this conversation will leave you energized, focused, and reminded that the most successful women don’t reach their goals alone.
