The 2026 Women in Business Inspired Series is a yearlong luncheon experience, powered by the Cache Valley Chamber, designed to spark inspiration and momentum for women professionals. Through engaging presentations from Utah?s leading women, meaningful peer connections, and curated networking over catered lunches, participants gain fresh perspective, renewed confidence, and motivation to think bigger about what is possible in their careers, leadership, and lives.

Beyond her strategic contributions, Dayia is a celebrated figure within the iFIT community for her commitment to professional development and workplace culture. Women In Business (WIB) is a program of the Cache Valley Chamber which elevates professional women with knowledge, connections and resources needed to navigate challenges and achieve success in the workplace. Monthly luncheons and fundraising efforts are overseen by a committee of volunteers who are passionate about supporting women through quality professional development, networking, and scholarships.
