The 2026 Women in Business Inspired Series is a yearlong luncheon experience, powered by the Cache Valley Chamber, designed to spark inspiration and momentum for women professionals. Through engaging presentations from Utah’s leading women, meaningful peer connections, and curated networking over catered lunches, participants gain fresh perspective, renewed confidence, and motivation to think bigger about what is possible in their careers, leadership, and lives.
No one hands you a roadmap for the life you’ll lead. From military service to executive leadership, Nanette learned that the most defining moments often come disguised as detours. This message challenges women in business to see uncertainty not as a setback, but as preparation—equipping them to rise, adapt, and step confidently into roles they never imagined for themselves.

About the presenter
Nanette Graviet
Nanette joined Mountain America Credit Union over 30 years ago as a part-time teller. Since then, she has continued to progress, leading teams in mortgage sales, member services, training, technology, public relations, risk management and compliance.
In November 2022, Nanette joined the Executive Leadership team as the Chief Risk Officer. As the chief risk officer, Nanette develops, communicates, and executes Mountain America’s risk management strategy; oversees the compliance management system; and collaborates on all compliance risk-related issues for new initiatives, products, and services.
She also ensures all team members receive education on the regulations and compliance requirements that are critical to Mountain America’s continued success.
Prior to joining Mountain America, Nanette joined the U.S. Army Reserves in high school and completed basic and advanced training after graduation. Nanette is also an avid golfer and cook and loves to spend time with her husband, Jeff, and their children.

Women In Business (WIB) is a program of the Cache Valley Chamber which elevates professional women with knowledge, connections and resources needed to navigate challenges and achieve success in the workplace. Monthly luncheons and fundraising efforts are overseen by a committee of volunteers who are passionate about supporting women through quality professional development, networking, and scholarships.
