The 2026 Women in Business Inspired Series is a yearlong luncheon experience, powered by the Cache Valley Chamber, designed to spark inspiration and momentum for women professionals. Through engaging presentations from Utah’s leading women, meaningful peer connections, and curated networking over catered lunches, participants gain fresh perspective, renewed confidence, and motivation to think bigger about what is possible in their careers, leadership, and lives.
This month’s luncheon explores the transformative power of building intentional relationships throughout your career. This presentation highlights the difference between mentors, sponsors, and advocates, and why sustainable success requires more than going it alone. Attendees will learn how to cultivate a strong professional network, seek guidance with purpose, and create a culture of mentorship that fuels confidence, resilience, and long-term growth.

Aimee Odd
Aimee Odd is the financial controller at Adams Wealth Advisors, working closely with the President to oversee the firm’s accounting operations. She manages accounting records and ensures the accurate preparation of financial reports and statements.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant in Utah, Aimee earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Southern Utah University. Before joining Adams Wealth Advisors, she served as a controller for a manufacturing plant in Northern Utah and has extensive experience in public accounting.
Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. An avid outdoorswoman, she loves exploring the mountains, relaxing by the pool, and discovering new and exciting foods.

Women In Business (WIB) is a program of the Cache Valley Chamber which elevates professional women with knowledge, connections and resources needed to navigate challenges and achieve success in the workplace. Monthly luncheons and fundraising efforts are overseen by a committee of volunteers who are passionate about supporting women through quality professional development, networking, and scholarships.
