She has produced conferences and live events across the country. An attorney turned entrepreneur\, she built her career at the intersection of law\, entertainment\, and technology advising creatives and small business owners\, leading teams\, and producing experiences that connect and inspire.\n\n\n\nMichelle earned her B.A. in Philosophy from Brigham Young University and her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. She previously served as President of the Utah Minority Bar Association\, was part of the inaugural class of the Utah State Bar's Leadership Academy\, and helped lay the foundation for the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion. In addition to advising many women on launching and managing small businesses\, she has built and led several of her own from law to live events.\n\n \n\nIn 2024\, personal tragedy struck. After a serious medical diagnosis\, followed shortly by the sudden end of her business partnership and marriage\, Michelle walked away from the company she helped build. She rebuilt from scratch this time fully on her own terms with Plato Media Co.\n\n \n\nToday\, she leads with grit\, vision\, and a deep belief in rebuilding from the inside out. She's passionate about empowering women to think big in both business and leadership and equipping them with the tools\, confidence\, and self-trust to go for it.\n\n \n\n \n \n\n2025 WIB Thrive Series overview\n\n\n\n \n\nAbout Women In Business\nWomen In Business (WIB) is a program of the Cache Valley Chamber which elevates professional women with knowledge\, connections and resources needed to navigate challenges and achieve success in the workplace.
