3 Things I Wish I Would Have Known
A similar strain of career eagerness plays on repeat generation after generation. We finally get into the workplace, and many of us begin a frenetic endeavor to work hard, prove ourselves, stand out in the crowd, get a promotion, get that raise.
While these endeavors can be noble and fulfilling, many professionals become lost. Priorities blur, discouragement or setbacks crop up, or our lives feel out of balance.
In this presentation, Hollie will share insights of three key lessons she learned throughout her career. This perspective includes both her personal experiences, as well as lessons from direct working relationships with thousands of leaders across the world.
Perhaps through these insights, we can learn valuable wisdom to avoid some of the most common pitfalls that foster career disillusionment. Instead, we will learn tools to embrace our distinctive strengths and confidently chart a path that is uniquely our own.

About the presenter
Hollie Doyle
Hollie Doyle is the owner of LLB Training and Consulting. Throughout Hollie’s career, she had the opportunity to work closely with companies all over the world. This provided an in-depth opportunity to peel back the layers of many different organizations to learn what leadership strategies work, how they are applied, and how they can be shared.
Hollie offers an unprecedented opportunity to view some of the best leaders in America and to discuss their leadership strategies within her workshops.
Because most of us are not naturally born with leadership talents, Hollie develops workshops specifically tailored to teach hands-on, practical leadership skills relevant to the workplace. More than simply talking about theories, Hollie is passionate about providing applicable tools that you can use at work immediately.
Hollie graduated from Utah State University. She married her lifetime sweetheart, and they now enjoy life with their three sons: Lincoln, Luke, and Benjamin. Outside of work, Hollie and her family stay busy camping, fishing, hiking, and building rockets. Hollie has had chronic hiccups for over 20 years. You’ll hear them. Sorry.
