August Speaker - Nate Peterson (HR Director Gossner Foods)
Building an HR Department – This presentation will give some tips, advice, and strategies I have learned from developing and HR department twice. Business owners with no current HR department/person will benefit from this presentation, but so will individuals just starting their HR careers and those at other career stages.
Nate Peterson: Nate is a USU graduate and fourth generation kid from Smithfield. He has worked in Human Resources for 10 years and has thoroughly enjoyed about every single one of those minutes. He has his PHR, SHRM-CP, and has served in various positions on the local SHRM chapter board.
