The New Lunch & Learn Series - sponsored by Cache Valley Chamber of Commerce and the USU Center for Student Engagement will guide you through the steps in a 5-week course held every other week. This course will provide attendees with the tools to successfully find, hire, and retain employees and navigate through the guidelines and tax regulations required of a Non-Profit organization.
Topics that will be covered and explored include:
Choosing a Board of Directors
Finances & Articles of Incorporation
What you need to know regarding benefits
Finding and managing volunteers
Liability and risk.
Each class you will have the opportunity to learn, practice, and report back the next session allowing you to apply and use the things learned in each session.
The course is comprised of 5 sessions held every-other week from 11:30-2:00 PM. Lunch is provided, and space is extremely limited. Please register here for the entire course.

Because of the logistics and nature of this unique course, registering for individual sessions is unavailable and prepayment for the full course is required. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued if a session is missed.
