This series will provide attendees with the tools to successfully find, hire, and retain employees. It will also help teach how to navigate through the guidelines and tax regulations required of a Non-Profit organization.
Topics that will be covered and explored include:
- Choosing a Board of Directors
- Finances & Articles of Incorporation
- What you need to know regarding benefits
- Finding and managing volunteers
- Liability and risk
Each class you will have the opportunity to learn, practice, and report back the next session allowing you to apply and use the things learned in every session.
