Kent Hyer is the Owner of Hyer Road a leadership development company in the
Ogden Utah area. He is an Executive Director for the John Maxwell Team. He is a
member of the President’s Advisory Council (PAC) as a Touch Team Member and
also serves on the Simulcast Advisory Council (SAC) for Live2Lead. Kent has led
private, public and non-profit organizations of over 330 employees and $100M
annual budget, as small as a handful of employees, and varying levels of
organizations in between. He has had extensive training and experience in leader
and organization assessment, leadership coaching/mentoring and training, team
building, cross generational dynamics, personality (DiSC and MBTI) and team
dynamics training.
