James Swink is our Cache County Attorney and has been with the Cache County Attorney's Office for nearly two decades and has been in public service for about 24 years. James graduated from Utah State University and then graduated from Brigham Young University Law School. He has been an active member of the Utah Council on Victims and has worked tirelessly in fighting for and improving victims' rights.
Terryl Warner, our Victim Services Coordinator, graduated from the University of Southern California. She worked for over three years for Victim Witness in Orange County, California as a Victim Specialist, primarily providing direct services to Hispanic victims and has been with Cache County Attorney's Office and Victim Services since June, 1996. She has trained advocates in Utah and around the country.
