Dairy Processing 101
EAS is offering an exclusive Comprehensive Introduction to Dairy Processing seminar March 7-9, 2018 in Logan, UT which will include components of dairy chemistry, microbiology, processing equipment and technology, Grade “A”, FDA & USDA government programs. With the recent Food Safety Modernization ACT (FSMA) requirements and updated Safe Quality Foods 8.0 (SQF) criteria, the dairy industry is seeing increased compliance requirements for compliance to meet safety guidelines.
