This interactive workshop is designed to help women discover and align their career decisions with their personal values. Through a thought-provoking exercise, participants will clarify their core values and learn how to integrate them into their professional lives and guide their decision-making for a more meaningful and satisfying career journey. By understanding their personal priorities women can seek out opportunities to ignite their passion and live a career that keeps them inspired and fulfilled.
Challenge: Participants will be invited to Identify their own core values and priorities and write a guideline for their career.

About the presenter
Sara Jones, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at InclusionPro
Sara Jones is CEO of InclusionPro® where she guides thoughtful leaders to co-create diversity, equity and inclusion as a lens to enhance core business strategies. Sara has 25 years of executive and leadership experience spanning business, technology, content, revenue, and legal strategy. Her clients span industries such as technology, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, legal services, e-commerce, and non-profit organizations.
Before starting InclusionPro, Sara was CEO of ApplicantPro, an HR technology company with a strong female workforce. She served as VP of Strategic Development at Patent Law Works, an IP firm in Silicon Valley recognized for its diversity. She also led business development at School Improvement Network, where she spearheaded product development and business development. Sara began her career as a patent attorney, leading diversity efforts and becoming a partner at Workman Nydegger. She holds a J.D. from Brigham Young University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.
Jones serves on the Utah State Workforce Development Board (Utah governor and legislature appointed) and Nat’l Assn of Corporate Directors Utah Chapter Board. She is a volunteer advocate for Adoptees for Justice to pass the Adoptee Citizenship Act. And, she is a speaker coach for TEDxSaltLakeCity. In 2007, Sara co-founded Women Tech Council (WTC) a national organization focusing on the economic impact of women in the technology sector. She has served on the Board of Trustees for Intermountain Healthcare Salt Lake Valley Hospitals Board. Jones’ recognitions include the Kirk R. Englehardt Business Ethics Award from Utah Valley University (2024), Distinguished Alumni University of Utah (2021), and Utah Business Magazine CEO of the Year (2019).

Women In Business (WIB) is a program of the Cache Valley Chamber which elevates professional women with knowledge, connections and resources needed to navigate challenges and achieve success in the workplace. Monthly luncheons and fundraising efforts are overseen by a committee of volunteers who are passionate about supporting women through quality professional development, networking, and scholarships.
