The 2025 Women in Business Thrive Series is a transformative 12-month program, powered by the Cache Valley Chamber, designed to expand and accelerate women's potential. Through high-impact presentations from Utah's top women leaders, focused networking opportunities, and catered lunches, participants will gain the skills and confidence to achieve their goals. Join us as we empower women to lead, innovate, and inspire.

Trina Limpert, Co-Founder & Director of Operations at Tech-Moms
Trina Limpert is a passionate leader fueled by a vision of social impact. As the CEO and Founder of RizeNext Corp, she leverages her extensive experience in corporate strategy, technology, and diversity to empower businesses to achieve their goals while fostering a positive social impact.
Trina's impressive career journey began in the corporate world, spanning diverse industries at Novell, eBay, and Oracle. Notably, she served as Senior Director of CX Consulting at Oracle and spearheaded inclusion initiatives as President of Women in IT at eBay, leading an organization of 1,500 members across 17 countries.
Driven by a desire to further empower women in technology, Trina co-founded Tech-Moms.org in 2020. This organization provides invaluable education and assistance to women re-entering or transitioning their careers in the tech industry.
A lifelong learner and advocate for higher education, Trina holds an impressive academic background. Her credentials include an associate degree in Computer Science from Weber State University, a bachelor's degree in Business and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, an Executive MBA from the University of Utah, and a certificate in Driving Corporate Strategy from Harvard University.
Trina's dedication extends beyond her business endeavors. She actively contributes to the community by serving on various boards, including the Women's Success Center Board of Advisors at Utah Valley University, the Board of Advisors for Weber State University's School of Engineering, Applied Science and Technology, the National Advisory Committee at Weber State University, and the Salt Lake Chamber Board of Governors.
Trina's commitment to diversity and inclusion has been widely recognized. She received the Women Tech Council Impact Award in 2015 for her work with eBay's Women in Technology. Additionally, she was a finalist for the Women Tech Council awards in 2017 and received the "Rise Up Leadership: Diversity Program of the Year" award by the National Women in IT, New York, in 2020. Utah Business Magazine further solidified Trina's influence by naming her one of "30 Women to Watch" in 2020 and a "Most Influential Woman" in 2024.
